Trash Fairies Service Schedule
Trash Fairies will arrive after 8 pm Monday to Thursday night. (Some properties may offer weekend service, too. Talk to your property manager for details.)
How to Set Out Your Trash
Put trash in regular 12.5 gallon plastic trash bags. Tie it and set the Trash Fairies bin outside your unit door.
Extra Trash? Here’s What to Do
If you have more than one bag, stack it on top of the bin—never on the floor.
Timing Matters
Place bags out between 6pm and 8pm.
Please retrieve your empty bin by 9am the next day.
What Trash Fairies Can’t Take
Oversized/overweight items, liquid, hazardous waste or loose trash will not be picked up.
Holiday Service Pause
No Trash Fairies service on holidays including:
New Years Eve/Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day
